Different numerical values are controlled for each material thickness, and the three-dimensional
depth I will do the design.
Dot and 2D design is done by DTP.
Control mesh selection and coating thickness by
screen plate making I will do it.
We will print a fine pixel / dot pattern on the back of the substrate.
The design value varies depending on the thickness of the base material. The 3D effect is changed by numerical difference of several microns.
Dot pattern is monochromatic, printing with special color ink I will do. We print for each color number.
Microlenses are formed by screen printing.
The dot pattern is enlarged and the 3D effect is born.
